The hotel rooms were very spacious with a bad smell that was amplified by the air conditioner. However, they were well-equipped and stylish with plenty of space for our family of four. The service was fantastic, very caring and sweet. The location was superb, ideal for lazy bike rides and conveniently close to the center of Florence. The dining experience was excellent, served by a wonderful lady. The facilities provided great amenities and a pool open throughout the year.
